Acquisition and Value Build Up
Achieve current acquisition value and number plan for retail current accounts.
Enhance overall value from the portfolio of customers handled.
Portfolio Management
Monitor portfolio health, activation, and AQB maintenance.
Engage customers through visits and resolve queries proactively.
Control attrition by monitoring balances.
Product and Market Penetration
Adopt profile-based selling for cross-sell of products/services.
Acquire recent liability customers through portfolio referrals.
Conduct catchment activities for lead generation and market penetration.
Customer Engagement
Act on central triggers for value build-up and cross-sell.
Monitor portfolio as per Branch Sales Process.
Product Customisation
Collaborate with the product team to ensure right product fitment.
Provide inputs on competition benchmarking and product features.
Customise accounts to meet client requirements.
Operations
Ensure forms are filled accurately and processed within TAT.
Education:
Graduate, preferably with post-graduation in a relevant field.
