Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the administrative and operational coordination of the kitchen department. The role involves coordinating with maintenance teams, vendors, housekeeping, and kitchen staff while ensuring adherence to operational procedures and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle administrative and HR-related work for the kitchen department.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for equipment repairs.
Liaise with vendors for preventive maintenance of kitchen machinery.
Prepare reports using MS Excel and Word.
Monitor adherence to kitchen SOPs and operational procedures.
Support daily kitchen administration.
Work on Odoo ERP (training will be provided).

Candidate Profile
Experience in hotel kitchens, industrial canteens, institutional kitchens, hospitals, or large food production units.
Valuable spoken and written English.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments.
Solid follow-up and organizational skills.
