OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Strictly adhere to established checklists, systems, and processes for vault functions and security.
Carry out daily vault activities with support from the Senior Vault Officer.
Consult with the Senior Executive - Vault and report any anomalies related to vault operations or security to the Branch Manager.
Ensure the operations team presents proper documentation for cash storage and retrieval.
Maintain and update all vault-related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal and external audit teams for vault audits.
Liaise with other departments as necessary to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
