We are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated Mother Teacher to nurture and educate young learners in the primary section. The ideal candidate should create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom setting while supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development.
Teach all assigned subjects to the allotted class as per the school curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons.
Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Monitor students' academic, emotional, and behavioral development.
Identify academically weak students and provide remedial support and individual attention.
Encourage good manners, discipline, confidence, and overall personality development.
Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' performance and well-being.
Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and co-curricular events.




Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school functions.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
B.Ed./D.El.Ed./JBT preferred (as per school requirements).
1–2 years of teaching experience preferred. Freshers with excellent teaching skills and a passion for working with children may also apply.
Good command of English and solid communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
