Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
Document software designs, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their qualified growth.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Familiarity with version control systems and cooperative development tools.
Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
