Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
Design and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee performance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to support employees' skilled growth.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies, with the ability to learn current systems quickly.
