Looking for a senior skilled to lead operations, training delivery, and strategic expansion of multi-location technical training centres focused on Industry 4.0 and maritime skill development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations of training centres (lab setup, equipment, training delivery)
Lead distributed teams of engineers, trainers, and technical staff
Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks
Drive KPIs: training quality, assessments, reporting, batch management
Design and implement technical training curriculum (automation, Industry 4.0)
Mentor faculty and ensure high-quality learning outcomes
Handle industrial automation projects (design, commissioning, maintenance)
Build partnerships with universities, PSUs, government bodies, and industries
Identify business prospects in maritime, manufacturing, and metals sectors
