Key Responsibilities:
Achieve production and OEE targets as per plan.
Monitor daily production activities and resolve shop floor issues.
Maintain production reports, BMR, DPR, and SAP entries.
Ensure product quality, GMP, ISO, and SOP compliance.
Control rejection through process monitoring and CAPA implementation.
Conduct preventive maintenance and machine monitoring activities.
Train operators and support team development.
Ensure product traceability and documentation compliance.
Coordinate with Marketing, RA, Graphics, and R&D; teams for packaging and validation activities.
Prepare SOPs, validation documents, and process-related records.
