Qualification:

Any graduate/ post-graduate

Skills:

Valuable command over English language (Both written & verbal).

Well verse with MS office & window operating system.

Experience:

Minimum 9 months in current role.

Competencies:
Prior exposure to HR Operations / HR Admin / Shared Services preferred
Basic to intermediate knowledge of HR systems
Flexible and Adaptable towards job requirements
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, along with other MS tools
Experience in data management, reporting, & HR ticketing system will be preferred, but not mandatory

Responsibilities:
To work on HR administration activities and employee data management
Process employee activations (onboarding updates)
Handle employee terminations and termination cancellations
Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) transactions
Maintain and update employee data: Contact Number, Work Location, LOB, Position Code, Weekly working hours, Etc.
Working on CRM and HCM systems to maintain the records of employees.
Manage employee IDs (CCMS ID, Account ID, Meta4 updates)




Upload employee photos which include resizing and editing with maintaining system records
Maintain the Data Integrity, Privacy and Security
Keep updating SOPs & other process documents.
Responsible to manage HR Administration tasks as per targets.
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics.
Manage day to day employees HR related queries.
Comfortable working in TAT, SLAs and KPIs settings & can deliver accuracy under work pressure.
Responsible to provide delivery with minimum escalations.
Come up with ideas to improvise the processes.
Cohesive work setting to ensure bonding among team members.
Added and formatted text in columns to organize, standardize, and enhance report data for accurate system upload and matching processes.
Downloaded and uploaded system reports while ensuring data accuracy and matching using advanced Excel functions and tools such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, EXACT, SUMIF, COUNTIF, filters, data separation, and data combining techniques.
