We are looking for an experienced React Native Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile and OTT applications. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in JavaScript frameworks and hands-on experience in OTT platforms such as Android TV, Fire TV, and Vega TV.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of scalable and high-performance applications using React Native and React JS
Architect and design robust front-end solutions across mobile and OTT platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, QA, and product teams
Drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and application security
Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure smooth CI/CD integration and deployment processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in JavaScript and front-end development
Solid expertise in:
React Native
React JS
Redux
Angular
Node.js
HTML5 & CSS3
Hands-on experience in OTT application development
Strong experience with:
Android TV
Fire TV
Vega TV
Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Robust problem-solving and leadership skills
Able to manage team of 7+
