Own and manage the identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver) processes and privileged access governance across client environments.
Manage numerous engagements, primarily focused on helping organisations secure and streamline their identity and access management programmes
Design role-based access control (RBAC) models and drive least-privilege implementation across systems and applications.
Run periodic access reviews and coordinate remediation activities with application owners and business stakeholders.
Conduct IAM maturity assessments against industry-leading frameworks (such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) to identify gaps and recommend appropriate controls.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IAM requirements, ensuring all engagements are delivered to the highest quality and skilled standards.
Stay informed about emerging IAM technologies, threat landscapes, and industry trends, and incorporate this knowledge into solution design and recommendations.
Summary:
Proven track record of successfully executing complex projects within consulting or qualified services environments.
In-depth understanding of IAM principles and domains (such as identity lifecycle management, RBAC, privileged access, federation, and SSO).
Solid knowledge of IAM platforms and tools (such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID) is advantageous.
Familiarity with IAM-related standards, regulations, and compliance requirements is beneficial.
