About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer with solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React to lead complex global development programs.
The ideal candidate will actively code, guide the team through Agile processes, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business needs and shape product strategy.
Lead end-to-end development — design, code, test, and deploy features using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
Prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
Drive Agile best practices (KANBAN, CI/CD, TDD, BDD) and continuous improvement across the team.




Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, QA, and DevOps.
Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Support onboarding and mentorship of new developers.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Full Stack Java Development (Java, Spring Boot, React).
Experience with Agile methodologies (KANBAN, Scrum) and tools like Jira and GitHub.
Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Jenkins/Tekton, Nexus.
Robust understanding of APIs, Test Automation, and Software Craftsmanship principles.

Preferred Skills
Experience with BigQuery and cloud-native analytics.
Knowledge of Project Management in Agile environments
