Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation prospects and optimize testing workflows.
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their career development.
Qualified Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Test Management.
Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated test suites.
Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in testing processes.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in test automation environments.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Test Management.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
