Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.Site Execution
Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progresses as planned.
Coordinate with subcontractors and the site workforce.
Ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Technical Coordination
Interpret construction drawings and resolve site-level technical issues.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, consultants, and structural engineers.
Ensure execution complies with approved shop drawings and method statements.
Report design discrepancies and seek necessary clarifications.
Quality Control
Ensure all works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections before, during, and after execution.
Raise and close inspection requests (IRs) with consultants.
Rectify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.




Planning & Progress Monitoring
Prepare daily work plans based on project priorities.
Monitor progress against the construction schedule.
Identify delays and recommend corrective measures.
Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
Material Management
Verify material used is as per the approved Specification / Colour / Shade.
Documentation
Maintain site records, inspection reports, and checklists.
Prepare Visual Inspection / Site Inspection Reports, snag lists and closure reports.
Coordination

Co ordinate with ,Project Head, QA QC, Architect, Vendors, Contractor etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :-
3 to 5 years in Faade Industry
BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil
Knowledge of / in Autocad, MS Office.
Fluency in English
