Job Overview:
The OCM Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
Lead Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (Secure), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
Lead and manage agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Management
Support and manage Lean Portfolio Management engagement
Assume ownership for client deliverables and manage individual and team performance to ensure that engagement deliverables are generated in a timely manner
Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and lead and mentor other consultants within theWXpractice
Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools
Lead and manage customer facing projects and programme (Agile, traditional, hybrid setting).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
8+ years of Agile delivery and transformation experience; 12+ year of total experience
Experienced in Business and Consulting with established expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. SAFe Agilist, SPC, PSM)
Experience of creating, developing and managing and Agile centre of excellence/enablement
Proven record of coaching and influencing at team, Release Train, Solution and Portfolio levels
Solid Project & Programme management experience
