Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of foundry equipment (furnaces, Disa Flex 70 moulding lines, sand plant, core shop, shot blasting, cranes).
Attend breakdowns promptly and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.
Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Maintain utilities such as compressed air, cooling water, and electrical systems.
Monitor equipment performance and improve reliability and efficiency.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical spares.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, LOTO, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth plant operations.
