Accounting Reporting Manager - General Accounting
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the chance to drive complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting activities for the assigned area (e.g., reporting, consolidation, etc.) within the General Accounting (GA) team. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing, reviewing, and/or supporting the month-end close process including account reconciliation, preparation of journal entries, balance sheet review, etc.

This role is contributing to the Finance Function in Bengaluru.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Overseeing the preparation of financial statements in the appropriate format to include in timely filings with regulatory agencies.
Leading Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance for specific areas (e.g., record- to-report,
order-to-cash, etc.) to ensure that processes and controls are designed effectively and to address financial reporting.
Performing analysis of accounts and highlighting any discrepancies/anomalies for correction and serving as an escalation point or subject matter expert for the resolution of accounting transactions and reporting questions.
Ensuring transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Ability to apply your experience in advanced skills.
Looking for 8 to 12 years candidates with R2R, SAP, general Ledger.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP
You are motivated with, you are creative around MS Excel and MS Office
Relevant experience with a Bachelors degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
You have developed proficient written and verbal communication abilities that enhance your interactions
