About the Role

We are looking for passionate and hands-on PLC Engineers to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated qualified with robust problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams. This role focuses on developing, testing, validating, and supporting PLC-based industrial automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain PLC programs using Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), and Code Blocks.
Collaborate with Controls Engineering teams to understand customer requirements and system designs.
Validate PLC software using Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols.
Support HIL environment setup and maintenance.
Perform system testing, debugging, commissioning, and deployment activities.
Provide technical support to engineering and customer teams globally.
Manage software versions using Git and version control best practices.
Prepare technical documentation, validation reports, and implementation guidelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in PLC Programming and Industrial Automation Systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global teams.
