Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure execution of civil and structural works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely completion of work.
Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, proposing suitable solutions.
Verify and certify contractor measurements and work completion status.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company construction guidelines.
Monitor usage of construction materials and minimize wastage.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for quality inspections and testing activities.
Ensure implementation of safety procedures and statutory requirements at the site.
Review and maintain site documentation, drawings, and records.
Participate in project review meetings and provide project status updates.
Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
Liaise with government authorities and consultants whenever required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.




3 8 years of experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise real estate projects.
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project execution.
Familiarity with IS Codes, building regulations, and safety standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
