Job Title: Field Supervisor Department: Seed Production Research (SPR) Location : Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh Role Overview:

The Field Supervisor will work closely with the Seed RD Department and will be responsible for managing seed trials at farm locations. The role involves field-level execution and monitoring of seed trials conducted on lease farms as well as farmers own fields.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage seed trials as per RD guidelines.
Manage multiple trials of different seed varieties during the season.
Oversee complete trial lifecycle from sowing to harvesting.
Perform day-to-day farm management activities.
Maintain accurate records related to sowing, crop growth, inputs, and harvesting.
Share complete trial data, observations, and reports with the RD Department.
Coordinate with farmers for smooth trial execution.




Ensure timely monitoring during crop seasons.

Job Nature:
Field-based role
Travel to trial locations and farms

Qualification:
B.Sc. Agriculture graduates will be preferred
Any graduate can apply

Experience:
1 3 years (Freshers can apply)

Owned the vehicle with Valid DL

Education Qualification
