Sales Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) and sales professionals.

• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the team.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.

• Drive accountability through daily activity tracking and sales monitoring.

• Develop team capabilities through mentoring and field accompaniment.
Revenue Generation & Business Development

• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.

• Build and manage a robust 90-day sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management

• Build robust relationships with business owners, CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers.

• Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions.

• Conduct effective sales presentations and proposal discussions.
Category Development & Market Intelligence





• Develop solid understanding of key categories such as: Education / Real Estate / Automobile / Retail / FMCG / BFSI

• Track market trends, competitor activities, launches, and promotional opportunities.
Media Sales & Advertising Solutions

• Promote print advertising solutions and integrated media offerings.

• Understand ad inventory, pricing structures, packages, and campaign planning.

• Guide clients on campaign execution, visibility, reach, and impact.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless campaign delivery.
Communication & Presentation

• Prepare client-specific proposals and sales presentations.

• Conduct effective client meetings, pitches, and business reviews.
