The Jobholder is responsible for the delivery and performance of the TSP Technical Services and Defect cell activities, provided to customers under FHS-TSP contracts.
In this function, the job holder is responsible for maintaining customer fleet to the highest operational reliability, airworthiness and safety in line with DGCA and EASA requirements and in accordance with Airbus Technical Standards.
This role requires to work in shift pattern at the customer's location.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, collect, review and analyze SHM/SPM defects, pilot reports, maintenance reports and provide their technical resolution.
Create work order / recommendation dossiers for technical resolution in coordination with customers.
Compile daily maintenance report to provide status of fleet, maintenance performed, status of deferred defects and irregularities observed daily.
Assist in preparing delays and technical issues synopsis to communicate fleet issues and recommendations to customers.
Assist in management of deferred defects, repetitive defects and technical queries.
Support technical issues ranging from routine troubleshooting, resolution of AOG situations,
ensuring high technical reliability.
Maintain highest standard of customer focus and integrity.
Identify parts / materials / tools / consumables required to execute non routine work orders issued by MOC and coordinate with logistics / MRO / airline MCC to ensure availability synchronized to assigned timeliness.
Review and management of engineering documents like SBs, ADs and AOTs.
Specialized knowledge and skills:
Hold Minimum B1 or B2 AME License on A320 aircraft.
Minimum 3 Years of certifying experience as an AME
General awareness of Airline CAMO organization and MCC functioning
Valuable organizational skills, flexibility managing multiple priorities, working to changing deadline and attention to details
Valuable interpersonal and communication skills
Intermediate level of basic computer application like G Suite / MS Office.
