4 to 6 years hands on experience working in automotive Sheet metal bracket design to mount components) like Audible Vehicle Alert System (AVAS), Electronic Vehicle Control Module, Horn, Antenna etc.
Extensive working experience in CATIA V5 (GSD, Part Modelling, Sheet metal, Drawing & Assembly). Knowledge on 3DEXPERIENCE will be an added advantage.
Should be able to independently design Sheet metal brackets design for electrical/electronic components and to take technical decisions with Design & Release (D&R;) Engineers and suppliers as required.
Valuable design knowledge in Sheet metal parts using CATIA V5.
Proficient in deciding manufacturing feasibility (tooling knowledge), assembly and service feasibility.
Having experience in plastic channel design in an added advantage.




Prior experience of performing benchmarking studies & packaging studies on electrical/electronic components and defining their locations in vehicle is an added advantage.
Collaborate closely with Electrical & Electronics Systems Engineering (EESE) team to support requests and develop engineered solutions.
Knowledge in Vehicle Architecture, Vehicle Aggregate Groups, Sub- Groups, Systems and Sub- Systems.
Robust communication skill is mandatory to handle Program Stake Holders & Suppliers.
Positive Knowledge in Teamcenter Engineering & Vismockup.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
Highly committed and motivated. Should be a self-starter.
