Role & responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage geotechnical investigation projects from mobilization to completion.
Develop resource and manpower plans to ensure timely project execution.
Supervise drilling operations, field investigations, and site teams while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Monitor daily project progress, rig utilization, work fronts, and drilling targets.
Identify project bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to meet project schedules.
Ensure timely availability of manpower, equipment, consumables, and other site resources.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Optimize productivity through effective resource utilization and provide regular progress updates to the Head Office.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations,



company policies, and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile
M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering (Mandatory).
510 years of experience in geotechnical investigation and site execution.
Robust knowledge of geotechnical investigation techniques, drilling operations, and field testing.
Proven experience in managing field operations, manpower, and project execution.
Excellent planning, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication, client coordination, and technical reporting abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within stipulated timelines.
