You will generate leads, nurture relationships, and create a solid pipeline while supporting early-stage sales conversations for Sova s gut health programs. This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with leadership, and an opportunity to build and scale partnerships from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Outreach
Identify and reach out to potential partners:
Corporates (HR, leadership teams)
Clinics, doctors, nutritionists
Wellness centres retreats
Use:
Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
Field visits and networking
Account Warm-Up Relationship Building
Initiate conversations and build rapport with decision-makers
Understand partner needs and position relevant Sova offerings
Keep accounts engaged through consistent follow-ups
Partnership Development (Pre-Sales)
Drive early conversations around:
Corporate Gut Health Programs (OGHI)
CXO Gut Health Protocols
Clinic wellness integrations
Pipeline Management
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
Track outreach, meetings, and follow-ups
Work towards monthly targets for:
Meetings booked
Qualified opportunities created
Market Research Opportunity Discovery
Identify recent partnership opportunities and channels
Share insights from the field with leadership
Help refine go-to-market strategy
