Role & responsibilities
Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases for non IT requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening to assess skills, experience, availability, and role fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases accurately.
Support recruiters in offer management, documentation collection, and onboarding activities.
Build talent pipelines and provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduation with HR specialization
Excellent Communication Skills
Comfortable with 5 days work from office
Prior experience with various job portals preferred
