We are looking for a skilled Clinical Coder with 7 to 10 years of experience in DRG validation to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in clinical coding and excellent analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibility
Analyze medical records to assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures.
Validate data for accuracy and completeness according to regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify coding discrepancies.
Develop and maintain expertise in coding systems and regulations.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices.
Job Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical coding, preferably in DRG validation.
Solid knowledge of coding principles, regulations, and industry standards.
