Job Purpose:

Responsible for executing electrical works at site in line with project specifications, drawings, and timelines while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget and project objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of experience in handling large-scale industrial projects (preferably solar/semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing sectors).
Execute electrical works at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Supervise installation of electrical systems including cabling, panels, switchgear, transformers, lighting, and earthing.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, planning, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of activities within defined timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and statutory regulations at site.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce to maintain quality, productivity, and discipline.




Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure installations meet required standards and specifications.
Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, and execution challenges promptly.
Support testing and commissioning activities and ensure proper documentation and system handover.
Maintain daily reports, site records, and coordinate with stakeholders for progress updates and issue resolution.

Profile & Eligible Criteria:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
5–8 years of hands-on experience in electrical site execution of industrial or infrastructure projects.
Robust understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and site execution methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience in managing contractors, manpower, and site coordination activities.
Valuable knowledge of safety standards, electrical codes, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic project tracking software.
Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight project timelines.
