Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement quality management systems: Design, develop, and implement quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and inspections: Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QMS policies, procedures, and standards.
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and prospects for cost savings.
Develop and implement corrective actions: Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and improve processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement, to ensure quality compliance and improve processes. 6. Develop and deliver training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees understand quality policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain quality records: Maintain accurate and complete quality records, including audit reports, inspection records, and corrective action records.
