Marketing Specialist (IT Products & Services)

Location: Gurugram Sector 74A

Type: Full-time, On-site (5 days a week)

Working Hours: US Shift (7 PM 4 AM IST)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Markrting Specialist to build and strengthen our digital presence across platforms for our IT Products, Cloud, Data, and IT Services division.

This is not a pure SEO role. The primary focus is on brand positioning, thought leadership, tech-driven content creation, and multi-channel campaign execution in a B2B IT setting.

Key Responsibilities
Build brand visibility across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
Create high-quality content on IT topics (Cloud, AI, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity and more)
Write and publish blogs, landing pages, and campaign content using WordPress
Plan and execute:
Email marketing campaigns
Social media campaigns
Paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
Create marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools
Support short-form video content for social media




Track engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for visibility and lead generation
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align messaging and branding

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand marketing
Experience in handling multiple Social Media Channels like LinkedIn, Meta, X etc.
Ability to understand and write content / blogs on technical IT topics using AI
Hands on with photo and video editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere or similar
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Self-driven and comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting
MUST BE READY TO WORK IN US SHIFTS ( 7PM to 4 AM IST)

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory)
Exposure to B2B IT marketing
Experience with WordPress (blogs, landing pages, updates)
Experience running paid ad campaigns and email campaigns
Basic understanding of SEO best practices (secondary focus)
Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools
Basic video editing skills
