Team Lead Motherhub Operations

Experience: 25 years in Warehouse, Motherhub, Logistics, Supply Chain, or FMCG Operations, with 1–2 years of team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day Motherhub operations and ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound activities.
Supervise warehouse associates and shift operations to achieve productivity targets.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance and proper storage practices.
Track stock movement and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement, transport, and cross-functional teams for timely dispatches.
Monitor KPIs such as productivity, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and turnaround time.
Prepare daily operational MIS and shift reports.
Train recent team members and ensure discipline and process compliance.
Support process improvement initiatives to reduce operational losses and improve efficiency.
