Role & responsibilities
Talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment for Technical Facilities, Technical Blue Collars, Projects.
Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for candidates.
Sourcing candidates via job portals like Naukri, Job Hai, Indeed, and others.
Coordinating with clients for job requirements and interview scheduling.
Managing job postings, requirement analysis, and candidate database.
Solid communication and negotiation skills during offer rollouts.
Maintaining MIS reports and daily tracker updates.
Understanding of Technical and Non Technical recruitment processes.
Conducting client interviews and briefings via online meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom).
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate/ B Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical can also apply
