Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Electrical Maintenance & Automation professionals to lead operations as Section Incharge for Continuous Galvalume/Galvanizing Line (CGL) & CCL , Cold Rolling Mill (CRM), Pickling Line & Substations. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in handling complete line operations, maintenance, and automation systems independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently handle electrical maintenance and automation of:
Continuous Galvalume / Galvanizing / Color Coating Line (CGL & CCL)
Cold Rolling Mill (CRM)
Pickling Line & Plant Substations
Ensure smooth functioning of all electrical equipment, drives, PLC systems, and automation setups
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime
Lead and manage shift engineers, technicians, and maintenance teams
Troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues in real-time




Ensure availability and reliability of critical equipment
Coordinate with production teams for continuous process improvement
Maintain documentation, reports, and maintenance records
Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance

Technical Requirements:
Robust hands-on experience with:
ABB & Siemens Drives (latest versions preferred)
PLC Systems (ABB / Siemens / equivalent)
Electrical Automation Systems
HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Substations
In-depth knowledge of:
Continuous Galvalume/Galvanizing/ Color Coating Line operations
Cold Rolling Mill processes
Experience in electrical maintenance, automation troubleshooting, and system upgrades
