About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented accounting professionals to join our team to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, and bookkeeping activities for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation regulations, along with a foundational understanding of international accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update client accounting records with accuracy and completeness
Prepare/review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for all accounting activities
Assist in or independently handle preparation of financial statements
Prepare/review GST/BAS filings and ensure compliance requirements are met
Work on accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting-related queries
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and reporting deadlines
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for assigned clients based on experience level




Review accounting work and provide guidance to junior team members where applicable
Handle client communication independently and address queries effectively
Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
CA qualified or CA Dropout with relevant practical experience.
1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
Exposure to accounting, bookkeeping, or outsourced finance functions.
Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with MCA compliance and statutory filings.

Preferred Attributes
Experience working in an accounting, consulting, or CA firm.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
