We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Test Engineer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forensuring the

quality and functionality of software applications through comprehensive testing processes. You will design and execute test plans, identify

defects, and work closelywith developers to resolve issues.Your role will involve both manual testing and automation, depending on

project requirements.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber with Java/Selenium.
Write clear and effective feature files, step definitions, and scenarios in Gherkin syntax.C2
Perform manual testing and create automated tests to ensure rigorous quality assurance.
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand project specifications and develop testing strategies.
Conduct regression testing to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on design and testability.




Maintain and improve the existing test automation framework.
Prepare test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
Experience with test case design and execution, both manual and automated.
Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C#.
Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and teamwork abilities.D5
