Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies .
Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation.
Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience in HR Executive role.
Robust knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes.
Valuable understanding of labor laws and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
