Experienced ServiceNow Field Service Operations Consultant specializing in FSO configuration, dispatch, and technician management.Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO) Consultant with hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow FSO solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in field service processes, work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and technician management.

Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and prepare functional documents/user stories.
Configure and implement ServiceNow FSO modules, including:
Work Orders & Work Order Tasks
Dispatcher Workspace
Mobile Agent
Scheduling & Dispatch
Assignment Rules & Service Territories
Technician Management
Configure workflows,



Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Work Order lifecycle.
Develop reports, dashboards, and scheduling policies.
Integrate FSO with ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Support UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, user training, and deployment activities
