Key Responsibilities
• Drive AI/ML projects specific to wind turbine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and O&M; operations.
• Independently design, develop, and code AI-driven tools and solutions for internal use — beyond implementing existing/pre-built models.
• Identify prospects where AI/ML can improve turbine performance monitoring, predictive maintenance, manufacturing quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to translate real-world operational challenges into AI-based solutions.
• Prototype, test, iterate, and deploy AI solutions suited for industrial and manufacturing settings.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and proactively bring relevant advancements into the organization.

Required Qualifications




• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML is preferred; candidates with strong exposure to AI/ML concepts and projects will also be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline — Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to independently code and build AI-driven tools/solutions, not limited to using existing pre-trained models or APIs.
• Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and a robust interest in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on open-ended technical problems.
