Role & responsibilities
Order Management & Inside Sales
Register, process, and acknowledge customer purchase orders efficiently using ERP.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery coordination with supply chain and logistics teams.
Proactively communicate with the Supply Chain Planner to resolve inventory shortages or shipment delays.
Technical Support & Inquiries
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer queries regarding pneumatic products and applications.
Assist clients with product selection, troubleshooting, technical demonstrations, and product usage guidance.
Handle customer complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure high resolution satisfaction.
Client Relationship & Communication
Build strong, trust-based relationships with existing B2B clients and industrial buyers.
Gather customer feedback on product performance and collaborate with the Product Management team to drive improvements.
Maintain explicit records of customer interactions, quotations,



and support history in the database.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering streams.
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Technical Sales.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office suite.
Technical Knowledge: Valuable understanding of pneumatic components, valve islands, cylinders, and industrial automation principles.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, solid problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
