Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to employees.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and developtargeted solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging andinteractive training content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommendimprovements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to enhance theirskills and knowledge.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in trainingand development.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in process training or a relatedfield.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
