Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day hostel/ward operations.
Ensure discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the premises.
Monitor housekeeping and maintenance activities.
Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain occupancy records and daily reports.
Coordinate with administration, security, and support teams.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Eligibility
Qualification: Non graduate/ any graduate
Experience: 5+ years as a Warden/Hostel Warden
