Key Responsibilities
Make collection calls to customers regarding pending dues.
Remind customers about payment schedules and due dates.
Resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding payments.
Update customer information and payment status in the system.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company guidelines and collection policies.
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
