Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersto understand their hiring needs.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the bestcandidates.
Manage job postings, resumes, and other recruitment materials.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 5years of experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, andtechnologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international teams or clients is anadvantage.
