Roles and Responsibilities :
Working experience in slope stability, seepage analysis etc.
Design of embankment dams and rockfill dams Geostudio. RocScience is added advantage
Design and develop underground structures like tunnels, shafts, and caverns for hydro projects.
Conduct site investigations to gather data on soil composition, rock mechanics, and groundwater conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Provide technical guidance during construction to comply with design specifications.
Develop and implement effective solutions to complex geotechnical problems.
Ensure all projects meet required safety standards and quality control measures.
Job Requirements :
Solid knowledge of dam engineering principles and hydrology practices.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects involving underground construction methods.
Proficiency in specialized software tools for geotechnical analysis.
Excellent communication skills are needed for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
Robust problem-solving skills to resolve complex geotechnical issues.
