Responsible for Individual Target.
Team management.
Client Management
Deadline Driven and Target Oriented Skilled
Devise Sourcing Strategies.
Volume Recruitment Process Management.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and qualified platforms like Naukri and Monster)
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a Mentor to new hires and help them onboard
