Looking for sr. maintenance engineer (injection moulding) for a pipes and fittings manufacturing industry that is located in Noida.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of extrusion, injection moulding, mixer, grinder, and packaging machines.
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, electrical panels, sensors, relays, contactors, drives, and control circuits.
Operate and maintain HT/LT switchgear, transformers, MCC, PCC, circuit breakers, motors, DG sets, UPS, and EOT cranes.
Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, compressors, chillers, AHUs, pumps, heaters, valves, and conveyors.
Diagnose and rectify issues related to VFDs, servo drives, thermocouples, RTDs, LVDTs, transmitters, and industrial automation systems.
Install, configure, and maintain industrial drives (ABB, Danfoss, Delta, etc.) and ensure optimum machine performance.
Carry out calibration of plant equipment and maintain machine safety standards.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.




Ensure documentation of maintenance activities in accordance with ISO standards, KPIs, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and vendors for maintenance planning, spare parts, and material reconciliation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 5S, and other lean manufacturing practices.

Preferred Skills
Robust knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulic pneumatic systems, and industrial automation.
Valuable understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
Ability to troubleshoot complex industrial machinery and utility equipment.
Familiarity with ISO documentation, safety standards, and maintenance KPIs.
