Role Purpose

The Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing new business, achieving assigned sales targets, building strong customer and channel relationships, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications for Mortgage or Auto Loan products.

Key Responsibilities
Source recent customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Auto Loans based on the assigned product vertical.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business and disbursement targets.
Generate leads through market visits, references, existing customer networks, and local sourcing activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with Builders, DSAs, Connectors, Property Brokers, Auto Dealers, and other channel partners, as applicable.
Identify potential customers and understand their loan requirements.




Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and the application process to customers.
Collect and conduct preliminary verification of customer documents.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and other internal teams for timely processing and disbursement of loan applications.
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Ensure high-quality sourcing and adherence to the Bank's credit and compliance guidelines.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide support throughout the loan process.
Conduct regular market mapping and identify recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Ensure timely updating of leads, applications, and sales activities in the relevant systems.
Support collection and delinquency follow-ups wherever required as per organizational guidelines
