Customer Service Associate / Senior Associate US Healthcare Voice Process
Eligibility
Experience in International Voice Process Minimum for 2.5 years
Minimum 15+ years of Graduation required.
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Experience handling inbound/outbound customer interactions
Knowledge of healthcare claims, eligibility, advantages, prior authorization, or provider services is preferred
Willingness to work in US shifts
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer and provider inquiries via voice support
Resolve healthcare-related issues efficiently
Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance
Document interactions accurately in the system
