About the Role
Drive sales of Control Print printers and expand business across the assigned territory.
Manage medium and large customer accounts and develop recent business opportunities.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions for existing and new products.
Achieve sales targets; ensure territory coverage, customer satisfaction, and timely payment collections.
Support after-sales activities, installation coordination, and maintain regular reporting and compliance updates.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to strengthen sales performance.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, MBA in Marketing / Sales.
9 10 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment industries.




5 7 years of experience in direct and technical sales of industrial products.
Solid sales, customer management, negotiation, and business development skills.
Good understanding of assigned territory and market dynamics.
Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a target-driven mind-set.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and solid relationship management capabilities.

Additional Requirement:
Own vehicle is mandatory.
Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and willingness to travel extensively.
