Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
Solid knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, andtechnologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention todetail.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicanttracking systems.
